Refund policy
At Kidora Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
• Certain products such as personal care items, hygiene products, and customized items may not be eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Photos of the package (if applicable)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Personal care products
• Hygiene products
• Customized or personalized items
• Products marked as non-returnable
